During the initial phase of his career, Bobby dedicated a decade to spearheading the growth of MonitorBase, a fintech company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Simultaneously, he pursued his education at the University of Utah, focusing on Operations Management within the business college.
Subsequently, Bobby embarked on a collaborative journey with Dave, initially as an early editor and project researcher for Threads of a Needle. His interest in the project deepened over time, leading to an increased level of collaboration. This shared enthusiasm culminated in their decision to co-found The Solving for R Agency, with the aim of introducing their innovative concepts to a wider audience.
